Do you offer custom products only?
Yes. All of our products are custom-made to order based on your branding and specifications.

Is a proof provided before production?
Yes. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production. Production will only begin after written approval is received.
Do I need to send art or logo files?
Yes,you do.Kindly pls send over vector file of your arts such as .ai.eps.pdf etc.We will create free proofs to you.
What happens if there is a quality issue with my order?
If there is a confirmed quality or production issue caused by us, we will offer a partial refund, a free remake, or a full refund if a remake is not accepted.For details pls check the policy as below
How long does production take?
Production time varies by product and quantity. Usually 2-25days.Estimated timelines will be confirmed before order placement.
What is the minimum Qty of an order?
Most of the customizable promotional products is 50 units. However, we do offer Less Than MOQ (LTM) options on certain items. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
