All products sold by SWAGMUSE PROMOTIONS LLC are custom-made to order based on client-approved specifications or pre-production samples, including but not limited to logo, artwork, color, size, and packaging.
Due to the customized nature of our products, completed custom orders cannot be resold. Therefore, returns are handled differently from standard retail items.
Custom Product Policy (Important)
Because all products are custom produced:

Returns for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, artwork preference, color preference, or incorrect information provided by the client
However, we take full responsibility for any manufacturing or quality-related issues.
Quality Issues & Our Solutions
If your order has a confirmed quality defect or production error caused by us, we offer the following solutions:

Partial Refund / Discount

If the issue is minor and the products are still usable, we may offer a reasonable partial refund or discount, subject to mutual agreement.

Free Reproduction (Remake)

If the issue affects usability or branding, we will remake the products at no additional cost.

Full Refund (No Return Required)

If you do not accept a remake, we will issue a full refund.

Because custom-made products cannot be resold, returned goods are not required unless specifically requested.

Our priority is to ensure you are satisfied, while keeping the process fair and efficient for both parties.
Refund Process

Once the issue is reviewed and a solution is agreed upon, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Claims should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Shipping Costs

The Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If a remake is approved due to our error, we cover the reproduction cost+Shipping cost for the remaking items

Return shipping is generally not required for custom products unless otherwise agreed
Sale & Clearance Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale unless a quality issue is confirmed
